TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

• People who are already a part of the FIDMINDIA family can participate as their interest and Nationality right but they will not accept as crown headed or winner they only can walk on-ramp for personal experience.
• Applicant must be Unmarried & above 16 years of age upon the competition year.
• It is very compulsory for all participants to respect the decision of Judges it will be final and binding otherwise disobeying decisions should disqualify the candidate.
• The applicants must behave in a manner befitting the title of “FIDMINDIA Miss Benaras 2022”.
• The Applicants will have to be compelled to participate in a disciplined and punctilious manner throughout as per the schedule given.
• Incorrect information about applicants will result in disqualification, whether the jury finds prior to, during, or after the Event.
• Participants should conduct themselves in an exceedingly correct manner and portray high ethical standards. Candidates won't consume any alcoholic beverages, use prohibited drugs or in public smoke or use foul language anytime or misconduct themselves throughout the course of the complete contest.
• Entries are accepted to the last date and after 03:45 pm it will not be accepted. The entries that are lost or delayed in transit organizers will not be responsible for it.
• Entries will be received till the last date and called for 1st Round of selection and the finalists will be selected out of them only.
• The entries will be judged by a panel of Jury votings. The final decisions taken by the judges will be binding on every participant. No correspondence in reference to the procedure adopted or the result is going to be amused.
• The Candidates shall raise no objections in  regard the Schedule of the event’s qualification rounds is subject to change at the absolute discretion of the Organizers they can share their perceptions with the jury if we find any chatter from other candidates should disqualify at that time only,
• The Registration is free for the audition.
• The expenses (Travel) will have to be borne by the participant of the audition and final round.
• Only the applicant will be allowed inside the designated venue of the preliminaries.
• The Organizers have all the right to cancel, reschedule, postpone, and amend the show.
